So Grateful ๐ค๐ฉท๐
ello this week was filled with so much joy, and happiness!!
We started off with, Zone Conference in Darkhan, it was the most beautiful 2 hour taxi ride I've ever been on! I got to play the piano, and it went so well! President and Sister Kunz taught us about toxic perfectionism and it's exactly what I need to work on, so I learned a lot!! Then Elder and Sister Kim of the Seventy focused on our purpose and how we were not called to Mongolia by coincidence!
Selenge had no power for a day so we taught English in the dark with the help of our flashlights! Then we had to climb 11 flights of stairs to get to our apartment wahoo!
On Friday we went to Boendgoes house. She speaks perfect English which was so nice because I was able to ask her so many questions and really get to know her! She used to live in Germany, but has moved back here to live the simple hard life of a Mongolian! We were able to break twigs/ sticks down for her while the Elders chopped wood! By the end my hands were purple, and numb but that's what I get for forgetting my gloves lol!
SATURDAY- was such a good day!!
First off it was my comps birthday, shoutout to her, she's the best trainer!! So I decorated our apartment and made crepes for breakfast!
We went to Munktsatsrals house again, she fed us so much food!! Vegan bouz, yummy rice, potatoes veggie soup stuff, and her homemade juice! She showed me pictures of her life and then we went and stacked the wood that the Elders were chopping lol!
Then we rushed to SARANGUAS BAPTISM!!! She is literally the sweetest girl, and was so ready to be baptized! God had been preparing her for so long, she took lessons a while ago but for some reason stopped. Then the Sunday I got here, she showed up and asked to be baptized! Since then we have been teaching her, but she's also taught me so much and has helped me feel God's love! Seeing her smile after was priceless!
It's getting pretty cold here, which has given us lots of opportunities to serve the people by chopping and stacking wood! Usually they only let the sisters stack because chopping the wood is for the men. We have got the system down tho, the Elders go start chopping while Sister Fifita and I stay inside for a couple minutes, then we go out and start stacking! Its pretty fun, I guess you could say I'm a pro at stacking wood now!
I'm definitely not ready for the winter though, all the members are worried about me and think I'm going to freeze. So please send your prayers lol ๐๐
Anyways, lots of Miracles again..

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT-
Alma 43:38 That ye contend no more against the Holy Ghost, but that ye receive it, and take upon you the name of Christ; that ye humble yourselves even to the dust, and worship God, in whatsoever place ye may be in, in spirit and in truth; and that ye live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you.
So many times this week, I have gotten on my knees and have just felt so much gratitude for everything that God has blessed me with! I have had so many prayers of just thanking him for the miracles in my life! So here's your reminder to thank him for the little things!
God loves you!
